Aalborg Jubilaeums Akvavit 1 Litre

Aalborg Jubilaeums Akvavit is golden and elegant with a few simple aromas. Dill is encountered in the refined company of coriander in this pure, fruity aquavit. Star anise and citrus can also be detected, all nicely rounded off with a piquant, burnt quality suggestive of caramel.

This delicious drink was introduced in1946 to celebrate the 100-year jubilee of Aalborg Taffel Akvavit.

It's excellent with fish and, in particular, fried fatty fish. But also try it with pickled duck or chicken with a full-bodied light sauce. With an ABV of 42%, it's not for the feint hearted.
