Returns and cancellation policy
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 days after delivery by:
- Returning the item to us by post using the label on your delivery note (we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting);
- Contacting our Customer Support Team to cancel your order (or any part of it) and arrange return or, if specified on your delivery note, collection. Certain items are not suitable for return to store or by post and you will need to contact our Customer Support Team to arrange collection; or
- Returning the item to your local Good Food & Gift Co Ltd/Danish Food Direct store (you will need to bring your delivery note and, if applicable, the credit/debit card used for payment).
This is subject to the following conditions:
- You are responsible for returning the item to us or, if appropriate, contacting us to arrange collection.
- You will be responsible for the costs of return or, if appropriate, collection (unless the item is faulty).
- The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition and returned with its packaging.
- CDs, DVDs, pre-recorded video tapes, minidisks and software (including any computer games) must be returned with the seal unbroken.
- Confectionary and other food items, flowers and other perishable items and any items which are personalised or made to your particular requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).
- If you return the item to store we may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.
- You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges (if applicable).
Faulty goods
If the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
